APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are available between 8.30am and 11.50am, and between 2pm and 6pm each day at the main Brackley surgery. Patients living in Kings Sutton who do not have transport can be seen at the branch surgery in the village between 11am and 12 noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Please ring the main surgery on 01280 703460 for all appointments. We offer a mixture of prebookable and same day appointments. In addition a number of emergency slots are available each day for urgent problems. Dr Perrott and Dr Cargill are available each weekday. Remember that Monday mornings can be particularly busy so please be patient. Delays in being seen are usually due to emergencies.

The practice has clinics for asthma and chronic pulmonary disease on Monday, and diabetes, hypertension and heart disease on Friday. These are organised by nurses with additional training in these areas.

EXTENDED HOURS

From w/c 23^rd May 2011, we will be discontinuing our early surgery on Wednesday mornings.

In view of this and to replace these appointments we have decided to provide appointments from 07.30-08.00 each Monday morning and from 18.30-19.30 each Monday evening.  Our other opening times remain unchanged. 

We hope these changes will not inconvenience you but hopefully will enhance the service we provide to our patients.

Please note that the doctors will not be available for emergency home visits during this time and the ‘Out of Hours’ service should still be contacted in an emergency situation on 0845 345 8995.

We hope that these extra appointments will appeal to patients who find it difficult to attend appointments during our normal working hours. We would be happy to receive any feedback from you about this service.
