Complaints
These should be
directed in the first instance to
our Practice Manager.
We are always keen
to improve and accept feedback. Most
causes
of dissatisfaction in the NHS are
due to problems with communication
and can be resolved locally. We
will acknowledge your complaint
within 2 days and a
full response will be sent to you in
10 days. If you are not satisfied
you can contact Northamptonshire

615326. We often
receive letters of thanks and these
are always appreciated by the
doctors and staff.
CHAPERONE
POLICY
Patients and staff need to be
confident that best practice is
being followed. For certain
examinations you will be offered a
chaperone which on occasion may mean
rebooking your appointment. If you
think a chaperone will be required
please make this known when you book
with reception.
