A representative group of patients meets with the partners of the practice every few months to discuss current issues.


At the last meeting in February 2008 the results of the GPAQ patient survey were discussed. It was gratifying to see that overall satisfaction levels were high. A copy of the survey can be obtained from Heather Dedman, our practice manager.


The group were also given a talk by Andrea Heavisides on the organisation of chronic disease clinics in the practice.
